By creating an account, or by accepting a later version when Drawvia asks you to, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Drawvia keeps a record of the version you accept. Signing in with Google is not that agreement. If you use Drawvia for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to bind it.
The service
Drawvia provides tools for creating, running, and verifying draws from a list the customer uploads. Equal Chance gives every eligible entry the same weight. Weighted Chance uses weights from the file and selects without replacement, so one entry is not selected twice in the same draw. Weights are not expanded into extra ticket rows.
A completed draw keeps the recorded result. Opening it again does not run a second draw. Plans set the entry limit, how many completed draws a workspace can run in a month, how many seats it has, and whether audit export, certificates, and public verification are included. Drawvia supplies software for administering a draw. It does not organize, sponsor, or operate the customer's competition.
When a customer buys a paid Drawvia subscription, the payment contract is with Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Those terms are separate from these Terms. Drawvia does not ask customers to enter payment-card numbers into Drawvia forms.
Accounts
An account needs a name, an email address, and a password of at least 12 characters. The password is stored as a hash. The email address must be verified before a workspace is created. If you choose Google sign-in, you can use a Google account whose email Google has confirmed. If an email account already exists, Google sign-in does not replace that method.
The account holder is responsible for activity under the account and for invitations sent from the workspace. A workspace has an organization name and an optional country code. Team members join by invitation. The product does not transfer ownership.
Customer data
The customer chooses the file and the identifiers in it. Identifiers can be names, email addresses, employee numbers, or other values the customer decides to include. Drawvia stores the uploaded file, a SHA-256 fingerprint of that file, the eligible rows, and row errors from validation. The customer is responsible for having the right to use that data for the draw, including participant information about other people.
Lawful use
The customer is responsible for using Drawvia in line with the laws and rules that apply to the selection, including prize eligibility, promotional requirements, and uploaded data. Drawvia is not legal advice. It is not a compliance product for gambling, betting, or paid-entry lotteries. Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass rate limits, or interfere with the service. Do not present a Drawvia record as a government certificate or as a certification the service does not hold.
Completed draws and verification
A completed draw keeps its winners and its verification record. The verification fingerprint is the SHA-256 of the recorded verification facts. The trust notes describe what the service does and the limits of those statements. A certificate presents the recorded facts for the workspace. It is not a government certificate. On plans that include public verification, the public page confirms the recorded draw and does not list the participant population. The stored verification record still includes winner identifiers.
Accepting these Terms does not change completed draws, winner records, verification records, or audit evidence that already exist.
Plans, cancellation, and refunds
Free use is through registration. Paid plans, when offered, are billed by Paddle as authorised reseller and merchant of record. The buyer purchases from Paddle. TamIT FZ-LLC supplies the Drawvia service. Refunds, statutory withdrawal rights, and the payment contract are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, reviewed for this version as published on 31 March 2026 at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy and https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms. Those Paddle terms control if they conflict with this section on a payment question. Drawvia does not promise an unconditional refund.
Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period, or at the later effective date shown before the customer confirms the change. Cancellation does not by itself refund the current period and does not delete completed draws. The Refund & Cancellation Policy describes product access after cancellation, a failed renewal, a refund, or a payment dispute.
Availability and support
The service can be interrupted by maintenance, failure, or abuse protection. These Terms state no availability commitment and no support hours. Sign-in, registration, uploads, draws, certificates, exports, and public verification lookups are rate limited. Product support is [email protected]. Payment and refund requests for a Paddle transaction go to Paddle at https://paddle.net or through the link in the Paddle receipt.
Intellectual property
The customer keeps the rights they already have in the lists they upload. TamIT FZ-LLC and its licensors keep the Drawvia name, software, and platform design. No statement in these Terms is a trademark registration.
Suspension
Drawvia may suspend or restrict an account or workspace where reasonably necessary for security, a material breach of these Terms, fraud, or a legal duty. Where it is appropriate and legally allowed, Drawvia will tell the customer the reason and how to respond. Suspension stops new uploads, draws, and invitations. It does not delete completed draws, winners, verification records, or audit evidence. There is no self-service control that deletes an account, a workspace, or a backup.
Liability
Drawvia does not guarantee a particular commercial outcome from a draw, including that a promotion will be lawful, profitable, or accepted by a third party. To the extent the law allows, TamIT FZ-LLC's total liability arising out of a subscription, in respect of claims arising in a period of 12 months, is limited to the subscription fees paid for Drawvia during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or any other liability or right that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Mandatory consumer protections remain in force.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates that apply in Ras Al Khaimah. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah are the competent courts. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to a customer. Paddle's Buyer Terms are a separate contract between the buyer and Paddle and follow Paddle's own governing-law terms.
Changes
These Terms are version 1.0. They take effect on the date shown on this page. If Drawvia publishes a later version that requires acceptance, you will be asked to accept it before you continue to use a workspace. Signing out does not accept the new version.
