Data Retention & Deletion Policy
Version 1.0. This policy takes effect on the date shown on this page.
This policy describes what Drawvia keeps and what a customer can ask to be closed or removed. Drawvia is a software-as-a-service product operated by TamIT FZ-LLC, registration number 0000004100388, VUNE3320, Compass Building, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected].
Records that stay
Completed draws, winner records, verification records, and audit evidence are kept so the result of a draw can be explained and so legal obligations that require a record can be met. Accepting the Terms, changing plan, canceling a subscription, or asking to close an account does not erase those records.
The stored verification record includes winner identifiers. The public verification page does not list the participant population.
Plan history figures are not a deletion schedule
A plan may name a history period. That period does not delete uploads, draws, winners, verification records, or audit evidence. It does not, by itself, hide completed draws from the workspace. Access to a feature can change when a plan changes. That is separate from whether the record still exists.
What a customer can ask
A customer may email [email protected] to ask for account closure or to ask about eligible personal information. Depending on the request and the applicable law, Drawvia may disable sign-in, suspend a workspace, correct account details, or restrict access.
There is no self-service page that deletes an account, a workspace, a completed draw, or a backup. Disabling sign-in or suspending a workspace does not delete draws, winners, verification records, or audit evidence. A request is not permission to erase the record of a completed draw.
What this policy does not claim
Drawvia does not automatically delete these records. It does not remove backup copies because you ask it to. It does not promise to keep every personal detail for ever, and a request does not remove information that must stay so a completed draw can be explained or a legal obligation can be met.
Subscriptions
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. It does not delete the workspace's completed draws. A confirmed refund ends access that depends on the paid subscription. It does not delete those records.
