Refund & Cancellation Policy
Version 1.0. This policy takes effect on the date shown on this page.
This policy describes cancellation and refunds for Drawvia, a software-as-a-service product operated by TamIT FZ-LLC, registration number 0000004100388, VUNE3320, Compass Building, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected].
Who sells the subscription
When a paid Drawvia subscription is purchased, Paddle is the authorised reseller and the merchant of record. The buyer purchases the subscription from Paddle. TamIT FZ-LLC supplies the Drawvia service. The payment contract is Paddle's Buyer Terms. It is separate from the Drawvia Terms of Service.
Refunds follow these Paddle documents, each dated 31 March 2026:
- Refund Policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy
- Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms
Those documents, and any later version Paddle applies to a transaction, govern refunds, exchanges, and statutory withdrawal rights for the payment. Drawvia does not restate country-by-country refund periods in this policy. If Paddle's terms or a mandatory consumer law give a right, that right applies. Nothing here removes a right that cannot legally be removed.
What is not promised
Drawvia does not promise an unconditional refund. Unless Paddle's Refund Policy or applicable law requires otherwise, a completed transaction is not refundable merely because the customer has changed their mind after using the service. A request may be approved in full, approved in part, or declined.
This policy applies to a paid Drawvia subscription sold through Paddle, whether or not self-serve checkout is open on the website. Drawvia does not promise a free trial in these terms. If a trial is offered, the terms shown before it starts govern that trial.
Cancellation
A customer may cancel a paid subscription from the Drawvia billing page or from Paddle's customer portal. The portal link is in the Paddle confirmation email. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period, or at the later effective date shown before the customer confirms the change. Cancellation does not by itself refund fees already charged for the current period.
After cancellation takes effect, the workspace returns to the Free plan for features that depend on a paid plan. Completed draws, winners, verification records, and audit evidence remain. A history period named on a plan does not delete those records.
Upgrades and downgrades
An upgrade or downgrade uses the effective date and the amount Paddle displays before the customer confirms. Drawvia does not add a separate refund promise for a plan change. If Paddle collects or credits an amount at the time of the change, that amount is part of the Paddle transaction.
Failed renewal
If a renewal payment fails, paid features may continue for a past-due grace period of seven days and then return to the Free plan if the payment is not recovered. The grace period does not create a refund. It does not delete completed draws.
Refund requests
Request a refund from Paddle at https://paddle.net or through the support link on the Paddle receipt. Product questions about Drawvia can be sent to [email protected]. TamIT can help describe what the product did. Paddle decides the payment refund under its Refund Policy and the rights that apply to the buyer.
A confirmed refund or a confirmed payment dispute ends access that depends on the paid subscription. It does not delete completed draws, winners, verification records, or audit evidence.
Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer protections remain in force, including any withdrawal or refund right that the law requires Paddle or TamIT to honour. This policy does not list those rights by country, because they depend on the buyer, the product, and the Paddle terms in force for that transaction.
